Pre-season training starts
It only seems like five minutes ago since we missed out on promotion when Kendal grabbed a gut wrenching last minute winner back at the beginning of May in that thrilling play off final up in Cumbria.

Pre-season is only just underway and manager Gary Norton and assistant Mick Curry have been working overtime in tying up members of the squad that last season took the club to the brink of promotion to the Premier Division via the play offs.
Gary completes half marathon
Gresley Rovers manager Gary Norton took time out of preparations for the coming season and completed the Mansfield Half Marathon in sweltering conditions on Sunday. The run was to raise funds on behalf of the fund set up for local local Multiple Sclerosis sufferer Des Brown.
