Today we were lucky enough to play at "The Moat" and with a good playing surface I was looking for a result against fellow strugglers Brenstar. I had the choice of our reserves (because they had no fixture) so added a few to
our squad, so I really expected to win.
Well I was full of false promise, because although we took the lead on 10 minutes we were never really "at the races" today. There was a good few who had come to watch (and I personally apologise) also the ground staff, Kath and Harry and Lindsey gave there time up for us.
We didn't even look interested today and I really need time to calm down and think straight about things. I stand by you and try to be honest so here I go again being honest. There was far too many today that were way off par. I try to be fair and made mistakes with our subs, but that doesn't change things.
We couldn't pass a ball 5 yards (any of us) and looked clueless and I think (and know we're better than that). I can't accept loosing 5-1 especially against a team who has only won twice (both against us) which says it all. We
were flagging against a team with no subs, and you all need to analyse your performances today and I daren't say learn from it, because today you made the same mistakes!!
So where do we go from here?? We look hopeless and really can't see us winning a game this season!! PROVE ME WRONG PLEASE because the only ones can do it is you lot!! The only one who can come out with any credit today was Donna our physio!! Sorry but that's being honest!!
