Playing some excellent football Rovers Reserves beat Bloxwich Res 3-0. Rovers opened the scoring on 25 mins when a clever through ball from Pat Webster put John Jenkinson in to round the keeper and score from a wide angle.
Rovers went 2-0 up on 32mins when a neat passing move ended in Danny Lonergan releasing Lee Withers down the right for him to cross for Earl Alexander to score at the far post. The scoring was completed on 41 mins,Tim Poles shot from 12 yards only half saved leaving Ryan Yearsley an easy header.
