Newmount Rovers vs Gresley Rovers
Rovers' reserve team manager Gary Norton bagged a hat-trick in the final pre-season game at Newmount Rovers.
Gresley went behind on 20 minutes when Dave Mead fired home from close range but equalised 12 minutes later when a Nathan Tate cross was turned in by a home defender.
Norton fired home a 40th minute penalty after Jon Jenkinson was fouled in the box and Micky Sandar made it 3-1 with an excellent finish on 57 minutes.
Norton then made it 4-1 after 65 minutes, volleying in at the far post from a Danny Tyres corner and he completed his hat-trick with 10 minutes remaining.
Mark Ridley scored a late consolation for Newmount in the 90th minute.
