Playing away in Senior Cup draw
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Gresley Rovers and Stapenhill are set to enter the fray in the Derbyshire Senior Cup as the competition reaches the quarterfinals.
Both teams and competition first timers Rocester face away games in the ties to be played on or before January 19.

Defending Champions Gresley will have to travel to meet either North West Counties side Glossop or Mickleover RBL of the Central Midlands League.

Stapenhill, beaten by the Moatmen in the final two years ago and losers to their arch rivals in last year’s semi-finals, will have to beat either Heanor Town or Shirebrook Colliery to progress further.

Rocester reached their away tie, at either Borrowash Victoria or Kilburn MW, with a victory against Belper and the 8-0 destruction of Newhall United at the Hawfields.
