Battling Bob wins the battle

Bob Aston has won the first round of the battle of the Gresley Rovers keepers.
Aston gets the nod over his arch-rival Karl Austin for tomorrow’s Derbyshire Senior Cup quarter-final against Heanor Town at the Moat Ground (3pm).But manager Frank Northwood will not finalise his team until he can check on the fitness of striker Martin Devaney.
Devaney spent a night in a Burton hospital after being taken off with concussion during Tuesday’s Banks’s League Cup clash with Oldbury United.
