The ideal applicant will have experience of management and coaching at step 4 or above. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for the management of all on and off field football activities of the Men’s First Team and ensure that all players and staff are provided with coaching and support to enable them to develop, compete and perform at the highest level possible.
In addition, the expectation would be to work closely and develop a collaborative relationship with the club’s U18 and Reserve management teams to ensure an environment and pathway for younger players to progress and develop at the club is in place.
