It was announced today that Andy Mason would be leaving Gresley Rovers to join John McGinlay’s back room staff at Ilkeston Town.
Based on this understanding, Andy will not be travelling to Clevedon Town with the team on Saturday.Chairman, Mark Evans commented: “Andy was happy to stay on at Gresley Rovers until the time came when he was needed at Ilkeston, but we decided it was in the best interests of both himself and Gresley Rovers that he did not travel to Clevedon.”
Gresley take on Clevedon Town, who are one place below the Moatmen in the league, tomorrow afternoon (3.00).
