Cinderford pre-match news
Gresley Rovers have both Andy Cheetham and John McGinlay available for tomorrow’s visit to The Causeway as they look to get back to winning ways in the Dr Marten’s Western Division.
Sean Cleary will be missing because he is in Ireland for a wedding and Jake Fairbrother is still at least a week away from returning to the squad.

James Lindley is still injured (see latest update on the home page).

Alan Titterton said that the club as been in talks with players and are hopeful of some new signings very soon especially in the midfield area which needs strengthening.

New loan signing Saul Deeney will again be in goal and hoping to keep another clean sheet, which he did on his debut against Redditch.

“We have two 18-year-old goalkeepers at the club and they will be good players, I’m sure, but I felt it could be a little soon for them. Saul has that bit more experience and he came in and kept a clean sheet in his first game – you can’t ask for more than that.” Said McGinlay.

Simon Tucker, the surprise mid-week signing, will be hoping to open his account again for Gresley.

Tucker was with Leek but things did not work out and McGinlay was only too pleased to see him back at the Moat Ground.

“Things went a bit sour for him at Leek and I’m glad he’s back – I would have been happy if he hadn’t left in the first place,” said the Moat Boss.
