Rangers are now managed by former Moatman Neil Kitching who is still highly regarded within Gresley circles. As a striker for the former club Gresley Rovers he made 85 appearances scoring 19 goals between August 1999 and October 2003 before leaving to join Stratford Town.

Stafford sit just two places and one point higher than Gresley but having played a game more so this game could see the home side leap frog the visitors if they manage to claim all three points.

Gresley manager Wayne Thornhill will once more have to decide on his back line with skipper Jamie Barrett back from his holiday and Lucas Harrison also available after serving his three match suspension.

Recent signing Jake Carlisle had a very solid debut at Halesowen last week and could well keep his place alongside Mitch Hanson.

Thornhill is also hoping to bring another defender into the squad with Chris Richards hopefully coming in on loan from neighbours Burton Albion if the paperwork is completed in time.

Midfielder Eric Graves will be returning to the UK on Saturday morning after a work trip to the USA and depending if he's back in time will also be included in the squad.

Striker Kieran O'Connell misses tomorrow's game as he serves a one match ban after picking up two yellow cards, the second of which was extremely harsh, against Market Drayton two weeks ago. Also missing is young striker Ryan King who is away to celebrate his 18th birthday.

There is still no news on the injury suffered by John Guy who is still awaiting news of when he will have a scan on his troublesome knee.
