Brigg Town Pre-Match News
Gresley assistant boss Wayne Thornhill is hoping that his side can keep their unbeaten start to the season at the Moat Ground against Brigg Town tomorrow - 3pm.
Unfortunately, the form away from home is not so good as they've yet to get a point with the latest showing at Sheffield on Tuesday ending in a 3-1 defeat their third in the league out of three way games so far this term.Brigg have also had a stuttering start to their season winning just two of their first six league games but they have managed an away win which ended 2-1 at Romulus back in August.
Wayne Thornhill says: "The Moat Ground is a difficult place to visit. We enjoy playing at home and when the crowd gets behind you it's fantastic and really positive.
"When it doesn't quite go as well as they want they let you know - which is their right after all.
"Another three points is the target and our confidence should be high.
"We're playing quite well and there are just a few little mistakes which come through lack of concentration."
Midfielder Eric Graves should return to the side after missing the Lincoln match and coming on as a substitute at Sheffield while left-back Lucas Harrison returns after being away.
Jamie Barrett, who suffered a slight calf injury in midweek, should have recovered for Saturday's match.
Young Ryan King, who scored a hat-trick for Gresley Youth Team on Wednesday in their thumping 7-0 FA Cup win at Holwell Sports, will be in the squad again.
