St Modwen Planning Application Submitted
Today a planning application has been listed by South Derbyshire District Council submitted by St Modwen.
The application is for a housing development on land off Church Street Church Gresley. Councillors will consider the application at a meeting of the Planning Committee on the 16th of September 2014. As part of that application funds are being sought towards a community football stadium.
Following the outcome of the meeting the Gresley Board will meet to discuss the way forward for the football club. We will call a fans forum shortly after this to let you know the outcome as previously promised.
