Eric Scoops Top Awards
Eric Graves with Jamie Barrett and Lisa Knight
The award every player covets was won by Eric Graves as he was chosen by his fellow players as their player-of-the year at the club's Presentation Evening held at the Lyric Rooms Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
Eric also won the Supporters' Player-of-the-Year, joint winner of the Press award for most man-of-the-match votes and the Management Player-of-the-Year.Top scorer was Rob Spencer who unfortunately couldn't be at the event so his award was collected by Marc Strzyzewski.
Club captain Jamie Barrett was runner-up for the Supporters' award and was chosen by the club directors as their choice.
Mitch Hanson walked away the Chairman's award, Lucas Harrison the Young Player of the Year and Liam Guest the joint winner of the Press award.
There were two special presentations. The first to goalkeeper Mats Morch, who came on loan from Derby County, in appreciation of his time at the club and finally Moat Ground favourite Royce Turville was handed a framed shirt by his fellow players on behalf of everyone at the club.
