Gresley Awarded FA Charter Club
Gresley Football Club is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the FA Charter Standard.
The Charter Standard is awarded to football clubs who provide a high quality football experience. FA Charter Standard clubs are proven to be well run, sustainable, and importantly place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount. There is also a commitment to raising standards by providing a positive experience for players, coaches, referees, administrators and volunteers alike.
Club development is an integral part of the FA's National Game Strategy and the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League is encouraging all its members to achieve the benchmark in order to eventually become an FA Charter Standard League.
A representative from the Derbyshire Football Association will present the award at the next home game.
