Kings Lynn Town Pre-Match News
Gresley face another very difficult game tomorrow as they take on high flying Kings Lynn Town at the Moat Ground - 3pm.
However, manager Gary Norton is hoping to see a big improvement from his side after they slipped to a 4-2 defeat at Halesowen last week and wants any player who pulls on a Gresley shirt to give 100 percent. On a damp and foggy visit to Norfolk back in October Gresley arguably gave their best performance since returning to level four. Rob Spencer gave the Moatmen a two goal lead and were unlucky to return to South Derbyshire with just a share of the points after Town scored two late goals.
Norton admits that his side has missed Spencer after the Moat Ground favourite suffered a fractured jaw. "Rob has that work ethic in his DNA," said the Gresley boss. "We've really missed him, which isn't to belittle the lads who've played in his position."
Jordan Nadat returns to the squad after serving his suspension but striker Phil Massingham will be missing as he begins his three match ban after collecting a red card against Romulus.
