Duo Sign On Again
The Gresley FC management team of Gary Norton and Martin Rowe are delighted to announce the news that supporters favorites Jordi Gough and Michael Nottingham have put pen to paper on deals to keep them at the Moat Ground for another season.
Norton speaking about the news said: "We are really happy with the news that both Michael and Jordi have signed for another season with us. Like the rest of their team mates who we have retained from last season they have been a credit to the club. Both had great seasons last term and we a very much hoping for the same again this time round."The news leaves only Marc Goodfellow from last season's squad yet to agree terms for another season at the club.
Norton added: "We have made Marc an offer to stay with us for another season and will have to wait to see if he agrees or decides to go elsewhere. We are working with the same budget as last season and as a result its difficult to compete with what some other clubs have been rumoured to have offered Marc. He's a very good player and one we would love to keep if at all possible but we have to be sensible with the finances and so will have to wait and see what Marc decides to do."
