Glossop Pre-Match News
Youth teamers Josh Pearson, Will Simpson, Callum McBride and Jamie Davies aswell as reserve teamer Alex Rowland have all been called up the 1st team squad for tonight's trip to Glossop North End in the Derbyshire Cup 3rd round 7-45pm.
Manager Gary Norton is without the services of a number of players through work commitment, injury and illness after a vírus swept through the squad in the last week. Tom Land, Rob Spencer, Brian Woodall, David Blenkinsopp, Liam Hebbard, Jordi Gough, Adam Betteridge and Tom Betteridge are all ruled out of tonight's game.
In addition Matt Hill, Oliver Hancock and Gareth Langford continue to be ruled out with injury.
Barry Woolley and Chris Bate, both themselves recovering from a chest infection are included in the squad as is Richard Butler who has a slight calf problem. Danny Holmes is also available for tonight's game after missing Monday's defeat at Bardon Hill.
