As part of Gresley Rovers' involvement in the Festival of Leisure kids will get the opportunity to see the Moatmen for free.
The Gresley Rovers Supporters Club will be running a tombola whilst official club mascot Elvis Gresley will be wondering around the park handing out leaflets.As part of Gresley Rovers' involvement in the Festival of Leisure kids will get the opportunity to see the Moatmen for free.
As well as giving official club information, such as details of pre season matches, the leaflets also include details of the recently formed supporters club and a voucher to be used before 20th September 2008. This will admit one child free to a home game providing a paying adult accompanies them.
The Chairman of Gresley Rovers, Mark Harrison, said, "I want to do all I can to attract the Gresley fans of the future and we also need to ensure we use our first home games, of the new season, to attract people back to the Moat Ground."
The Chairman of Gresley Rovers Supporters Club, Mike Freeman, said, "There have been so many positive things happen in the last few weeks and we want to try and ensure people are aware. It's also a good opportunity for us to remind existing fans about the advantages of being a member and getting them signed up."
