Manager Gary Norton will make a few changes to his squad for tonight's Derbyshire Senior Cup 3rd Round with the Christmas games now very close.
Young defender Lloyd Hutchins could start and Leigh Platnauer will now be included in tonight's squad. After checking the competition rules last night we found that he is elegible.There has been a change to the Derbyshire Cup rules to fall in line with FA competition rules that means as long as a player is registered with a club on the Friday before the game then he is eligible. Previously it had been that a player had to be registered with a club for seven days.
Tom Betteridge could also make the starting eleven after recovering from a hamstring injury. Betteridge completed 90 minutes for the reserve team on Saturday.
It is likely that Norton will rest Jordan Lambert with a view to the holiday games.
