Gresley Rovers Mascot had a great day at Crufts being watched by over 2,000 spectators as he took part in the Kennel Club's 'Safe and Sound Scheme' demonstration in the Special Events Ring on the first day at the worlds biggest dog show at the NEC.
Elvis Gresley made so much of an impression with both exhibitors and members of the general public that the organisers have asked the Unibond League Club's mascot back for an extra day to take part in a special 'Comic Relief' event which will see Elvis challenge the mascot of the Kennel Club - KC in an agility and assault course race to be held on Friday afternoon.Elvis Gresley became the first ever football club mascot to appear and take part at Crufts.
