Swindon pre-match news
Saturday beings the new season for Gresley Rovers and the first season in charge for manager Gary Norton.
"I'm excited and nervous but now I cant' wait for the first ball to be kicked," he said. "The last week of pre-season has dragged on a bit and I just want to get the season started."We must not underestimate Swindon for, although they finished near the bottom of the table last season, their form for the last few games was some of the best in the league and they have strengthened their side this summer.
"We are looking to come away with something from tomorrow's game, but we'd like a win which would give both the team and me a good start.
"Everyone is very confident and our preparation could not have been better. All I ask is for the supporters to get behind us and have a little patience. I know I'm responsible for the kind of start we have and I'll face any criticism."
There are slight doubts over keepers Mark Sheils (knee) and Brad Clarke (dead leg) with striker Neil Kitching still feeling a calf injury.
Midfielder Carl Timms has been left out of the squad and Liam Hebberd included after his performance in the second half against Hendon when he scored the superb winner.
Norton said: "Timms is disappointed at being left out but I've told him to now go and make it hard for me not to pick him. Hebberd's performance last week swung it for him. He gives us a different option up front with his pace and youthful exuberance."
Matt Moran is still recovering from a back injury and will be in the reserves squad to enable him to prove his fitness.
