Lindley to Stay

James Lindley
Gresley Rovers have secured the services of goalkeeper James Lindley until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old was due to return to Notts County after Rovers' postponed game at Cinderford on Tuesday.Bu Rovers have extended the loan to allow Lindley to lay in their final 12 remaining Dr Martens Western Division games.
Chairman Mark Evans said today: "Both the player and Notts County are happy with the arrangement."
Gresley reserves' Midland Combination Challenge Trophy quarter-final tonight (Thurs) has been switched to Ilkeston (7.30pm) on the orders of league officials because the Moat Ground is waterlogged.
A strong squad includes first-team midfielder Mark Peters who sits out the next two games because of suspension.
Ravi Sangha (ankle) and Mark Dennis (knee) hope to prove their fitness, while Rovers give a trial to Loughborough University midfielder Drew Menzes, who has had trials with Watford.
