Rovers prepare for Paget thriller

Gresley Rovers set up a West Midlands League Cup final date with Paget Rangers last night with new boss Steve Dolby predicting: “It should be a hell of a game.”
Rovers completed a 5-0 aggregate victory over Westfields by winning 3-0 at the Moat Ground last night with a performance that delighted Dolby.“Our first half performance was very impressive,” he said afterwards. “Because of the conditions, I told the lads to look to play the ball to feet and our passing was first class – as good as it has been for months. It should be a good final. Gresley and Paget are the two top scorers in the league with more than 70 goals apiece so it should be quite an exciting match.”
